Job description:

In this role as VP of Construction Operations this person creates and implements operational initiatives to ensure highly efficient operations. The VP of Construction Operations would lead directors and others in the areas of design, estimating, pre-construction, project management, production/shop, and field operations. This person would set priorities, manage resources, and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

Required experience & education:

• Bachelors degree
• 8+ Years of commercial construction leadership experience
• Leadership experience in themed, non-residential, or specialty construction strongly preferred
• Construction experience including estimating, contracts, project delivery, and field operations
• Field construction experience.(Hard hat/boots in the field)
• Hands-on leadership experience leading teams and developing individuals
• Commercial construction experience
• EOS experience
