Project-Specific Needs:
●Expertise in P&C insurance - rating engines preferred.

●Experience with building greenfield solutions and eliciting technical and functional requirements during discovery.

●Strong experience in .NET and Azure required.

●Familiarity with Homeowner’s / P&C insurance domain is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions across the full
development lifecycle.
● Collaborate effectively within Agile teams, communicating clearly with both technical and
business stakeholders.
● Apply modern development practices including version control, automated testing, and
CI/CD principles.
● Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build and deploy modern
applications.
● Demonstrate adaptability and curiosity by learning new technologies and applying them
effectively.
● Mentor and support team members, sharing best practices and guiding on architecture
and design principles.
● Represent company professionally with clients, delivering high-quality work
independently when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven experience in full stack software development, including front-end frameworks
(React, Angular, or Vue), enterprise languages (.NET, Java, Python, or TypeScript),
and strong database knowledge (SQL or related).
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD and deployment concepts.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments with an understanding of
iterative development.
● Strong understanding of modern development practices, including automated testing
and DevOps principles.  

 

 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
independently in a client-facing setting.
● Demonstrates an innovative approach and a willingness to integrate new tools and
AI-driven methods to continuously refine development practices and client outcomes.
● Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
● Consulting experience and exposure to Infrastructure as Code experience is
preferred.
