Our client is looking for an ambitious and product-obsessed Co-founder/Founding Software Engineer to join in-person in New York. They've recently raised pre-seed funding and are currently operating in stealth. Mission: reinvent how businesses operate, scale, and deliver value — through a radically new software architecture powered by next-gen AI.

You’ll be building from 0→1: leading technical architecture, shipping fast, owning the stack, and working hand-in-hand with customers.

What You’ll Do

·       Own the full-stack development of product features and internal tooling

·       Architect, build, and ship code at lightning speed

·       Work directly with early customers to iterate and improve UX and functionality

·       Influence company strategy, product roadmap, and technical direction from Day 1

·       Help build the early team and engineering culture

What our client is Looking For

·       Strong experience shipping production software with real users

·       Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and AI/LLM tooling

·       Experience integrating with complex enterprise systems and APIs

·       Comfortable across the stack: Django, Pandas, React, JS/Node, etc.

·       Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)

·       Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly in an early-stage environment

·       Past leadership experience or interest in growing an engineering team
