Our client is building an enterprise AI platform for strategic transformations—starting with large‑scale cost and organizational restructuring. By pairing domain‑specific agentic AI with trusted operational benchmarks and transformation playbooks, the platform enables executives and consultants to align on a single ground truth, quantify value‑creation levers, and simulate the impact of actions. The wedge is clear: help enterprises move faster on initiatives they already know they need—without armies of consultants or spreadsheet sprawl. Our client is looking for an ambitious and product-obsessed Co-founder/Founding Software Engineer to join in-person in New York. They've recently raised pre-seed funding and are currently operating in stealth. Mission: reinvent how businesses operate, scale, and deliver value — through a radically new software architecture powered by next-gen AI.
You’ll be building from 0→1: leading technical architecture, shipping fast, owning the stack, and working hand-in-hand with customers.
What You’ll Do
· Own the full-stack development of product features and internal tooling
· Architect, build, and ship code at lightning speed
· Work directly with early customers to iterate and improve UX and functionality
· Influence company strategy, product roadmap, and technical direction from Day 1
· Help build the early team and engineering culture
What our client is Looking For
· Strong experience shipping production software with real users
· Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and AI/LLM tooling
· Experience integrating with complex enterprise systems and APIs
· Comfortable across the stack: Django, Pandas, React, JS/Node, etc.
· Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
· Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly in an early-stage environment
· Past leadership experience or interest in growing an engineering team
