Seeking a highly motivated Trademark Litigation Associate to join the Intellectual Property Team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have experience managing trademark disputes before federal district courts and the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), with a strong commitment to client service and collaborative legal practice.
This role offers exposure to complex trademark enforcement matters and provides opportunities to work closely with senior attorneys on high-profile IP litigation cases.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in at least one U.S. state; eligibility to practice in North Carolina preferred.
- 2+ years of experience handling trademark litigation matters, including before federal district courts and the TTAB.
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to IP enforcement and litigation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
