Looking for a hands on Manufacturing Manager to manage 50 employees in a metal stamping plant. **Must have Stamping Tool and Die experience, know how to dial in new dies, etc. Hands on plant floor leadership. Continuous Improvement, World Class Manufacturing desired. Must have Metal Stamping experience. Any application will be fine, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, Appliance, Agricultural, etc. as long as they have metal stamping. Good clean plant, growing company, profitable, good people/culture. Would love a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker who worked up to Production or Manufacturing Management.
