About the RoleAs a Retail Banker, youll be the face of the branch greeting customers with enthusiasm, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring each interaction reflects the Banks commitment to service excellence. Youll handle a variety of responsibilities, from account openings and transactions to product recommendations and customer support.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver world-class customer service by proactively engaging clients and understanding their financial needs.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and wire transfers.
- Promote banking solutions such as savings accounts, loans, and digital banking tools to meet customer goals.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements, including BSA and KYC standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support branch business growth and referrals.
- Follow up with customers through periodic calls and meetings to build long-term relationships.
- Participate in training programs to stay up to date on products, technology, and compliance topics.
Qualifications:
What Youll Bring- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (business focus preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales.

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using digital banking technology.
- Self-motivated and sales-oriented, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
