Current Project
The Superintendent will take the lead on a major apartment renovation and mechanical refresh project in Albany.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams with clear communication and accountability.

Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and scheduling with project management.

Enforce safety compliance and quality control procedures.

Review drawings, resolve field issues, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Maintain detailed project documentation, daily reports, and updates for the management team.
Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on multifamily or commercial construction projects.

Strong understanding of building systems, MEP coordination, and site logistics.

Proficiency with Procore, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).

OSHA 30 certification required.

Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to lead from the front and keep work on track.
