Technical Client Success Manager –
San Antonio Texas (Hybrid/Onsite)
We are representing a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across Texas. This hybrid role is supporting our clients across the San Antonio and Hill Country areas.
About the Role
The Technical Client Success Manager (CSM) is the bridge between clients and technical delivery teams. This role blends relationship management with technical oversight, ensuring client satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term success planning.
Key Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison for assigned customer business accounts; monitor account health and coordinate escalations.

Lead client meetings, updates, and business reviews, presenting performance metrics and recommendations.

Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and roadmap tools.

Partner with internal teams (service desk, projects, procurement, back office) to ensure timely execution of client needs.

Identify and communicate roadmap opportunities and additional solution needs.
Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a Managed Services environment.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure (cloud, servers, backup, networking).

Strong organizational and communication skills with a consultative approach.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and drive strategic conversations.
