About the Opportunity
Join a fast-growing manufacturing company as their next plant QA Manager near Sheboygan, WI. This is your chance to lead quality at the plant level, where your work has a direct impact on customers, operations, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a quality technician
• Manage plant quality systems and ISO/QMS compliance
• Drive audits, metrics (like DPPM), and customer satisfaction
• Investigate issues, lead root cause analysis & corrective actions
• Partner across production, engineering, and supply chain
• Report results and quality trends to plant and corporate leadership
• Travel to customer sites when needed, as well as to other facilities for best practices, etc.  (up to 25% travel estimated)

What You Bring

• 5+ years in quality management in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business (or equivalent exp.)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools

• Base salary of $75-95K based on experience & education
• Bonus: 10% quarterly bonus.
