A growing manufacturer is hiring their next Quality Manager to oversee their new, air-conditioned GMP regulated plant. Daily, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Quality and will lead an established quality engineering team across three shifts. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Lead a team by training, coaching, and developing quality staff to meet their full potential and support organizational objectives

Drive quality initiatives by overseeing continuous improvement efforts and implementing a culture of excellence

Manage quality systems by maintaining and improving product and process standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations

Act as a liaison for the company on quality issues with both suppliers and customers

Analyze and report on key performance indicators and quality data to support strategic goals

Ensure compliance with all internal, external, and regulatory requirements
- Other duties as directed by management
1. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required
2. At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar quality management position
3. Experience working in GMP regulated manufacturing environments
4. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
5. Experience serving as the point of contact for customers
6. Experience overseeing others
7. Strong documentation skills, including excellent written communication skills
8. Microsoft Office, including Excel
Skills preferred but NOT required:
1. Internal and/or external auditing
2. Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications
3. Chemistry or biology background
