Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-bar engineering environments. This role is ideal for someone who loves building end-to-end products, thrives in early-stage settings, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence both technical and product direction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of complex and scalable technical products from design to deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features that shape the product experience.

• Balance frontend user interfaces with backend services and APIs to build robust, modular solutions.

• Contribute to product and strategic discussions, adopting a user-first mindset when shaping decisions.

• Operate with autonomy, making thoughtful trade-offs under uncertainty while maintaining high standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in high-growth, technical environments (ideally B2B SaaS).

• Foundational training from world-class engineering organizations combined with startup experience.

• Strong technical fundamentals and ability to work seamlessly across frontend and backend.

• A “founder’s mindset” — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making independent decisions.

• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Passion for building products that solve real user problems.
