Reports To: CFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Own U.S. statutory reporting and compliance with US GAAP
• Lead U.S. tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors
• Manage local and group-level external audits
• Oversee and align financial controllers across global entities
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
• Resolve cross-border accounting and intercompany reconciliation issues

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 7+ years in accounting or financial control (international/multi-entity preferred)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and audit processes
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-border teams
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
