The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, utilizing various testing and measuring tools
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC controllers and other process equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to guide maintenance tasks
- Adhere to ISO quality and safety protocols, contributing to a strong operational culture
The background of the successful candidates must include the following:
- 2+ years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong electrical background
- Proven ability to work independently and as a self-starter
- A solid, stable work history (no job hoppers)
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within a commutable distance to the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin area
