Job description:

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that communicate the companys value proposition.
• Structure and negotiate contracts to close deals that meet customer needs while supporting company goals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast results, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders & partners.
• Partner with internal teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure success.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market shifts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of enterprise sales and/or business development experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
