A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced General Practice Attorney to join our team. We are looking to fill two full-time, permanent positions with attorneys who are versatile, client-focused, and skilled in multiple areas of law.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense
• Represent clients effectively in court hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and contracts
• Provide thorough legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and share expertise

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 25 years of experience in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently
