Litigation Attorney - LAW3002

Houston, TX (Remote with Some Travel)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to oversee and manage a busy El Paso litigation docket. This is a remote position, and all necessary resources will be provided to establish your home office. Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and maintain case calendar/docket system
• Negotiate with insurance companies
• Prepare clients for depositions and conduct defendant/expert depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations, status conferences, docket calls, pre-trial, and trial
• Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, deposition notices, and discovery materials
• Collaborate with partner attorneys on case strategy and progress
• Handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines
• Provide regular case status updates
• Apply established case management processes

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish) required
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Remedies Code, and Rules of Evidence
• Experience with eFiling via Txcourts.gov
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to Houston for onboarding, training, and team events
