Position OverviewThe Tax Manager will lead client engagements, provide high-level tax planning, and oversee staff development. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries
• Provide advanced tax planning and consulting services
• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines are met
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff
• Stay current on tax regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Masters in Taxation preferred)
• CPA license required
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical tax knowledge and leadership abilities
