Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day client interactions and project communications.

Provide technically sound and cost-effective solutions to clients.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and team resources.

Expand client base and actively pursue new opportunities in the Orlando market.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.

8+ years of experience in structural building design.
-
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.

Experience with Revit and industry-standard software such as RAM, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, and Microsoft Suite.

In-depth knowledge of building codes and structural material standards.

Experience in project and client management strongly preferred.

Membership in professional engineering societies is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of building design, particularly detailing of structural steel, concrete, masonry, and related systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interpret and apply jurisdiction-specific codes to projects.
