The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Serve as the sole Maintenance Technician for all equipment and facilities, ensuring the constant flow of production
- Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance (e.g., filter changes, lubrication, greasing, scheduled intervals using Outlook calendar) for all production machinery
- Execute all-encompassing maintenance and repairs for presses, lasers, and other equipment, utilizing strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
- Handle general facility maintenance, both indoors and outdoors, including building upkeep and basic plumbing
- Provide expert troubleshooting and repair for hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems, including welding as needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including significant expertise in repairing manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors. (Less experience considered depending on applicant.)
- Strong electrical knowledge, including building circuits and machine controls.
- Proficiency in general plumbing knowledge.
- Ability to weld
