Your Responsibilities:

·    Strategic Leadership: Lead the Site Leadership Team in setting, tracking, and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and goal achievement.

·    Financial & Operational Oversight: Oversee budgets, implement robust financial systems, and find continuous opportunities to reduce costs and improve processes.

·    Compliance & EHS Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulations and ISO standards. You'll lead and maintain comprehensive EHS Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including audits, training, and incident response.

·    Departmental Leadership: Provide strong guidance to key departments like Quality, Production, Maintenance, and EHS to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

·    General Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall site operations and objectives.

This organization is seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys spending 10-15% of their day on the production floor. You'll need to be someone who can take ownership, lead by example, and infuse energy into daily operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to solve problems and improve processes. Experience with plant turnarounds is a plus.
