Engineering Manager responsible for overseeing all engineering activities for a plant that is expanding. This will include managing a team of Engineers consisting of Project Engineers, Design Engineers, and maybe Controls Engineers as well as Contractors. The person will also lead large scale capital projects and be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing people on the plant floor. 

 

The ideal candidate must have a BS in Engineering (mechanical preferred) with strong capital project management experience. Project engineering and process engineering experience to include continuous improvement. Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience also preferred.
