Job Description
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily grain elevator operations
- Supervise and coordinate tasks for facility staff and seasonal workers
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and inventory management
- Monitor grain storage, handling, and quality control processes
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance across all functions
- Participate in maintenance planning and equipment inspections
- Communicate with farmers, vendors, and transport providers
- Maintain records and assist with reporting duties
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in grain elevator or grain facility operations
- 7+ years of Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of grain handling equipment and safety standards
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a hands-on environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
