Job Title: Outpatient & Inpatient OB/GYN Physician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN to join our team in Mississippi. This full-time, permanent position provides the opportunity to work in both outpatient and hospital settings, offering comprehensive care to women of all ages. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving women's health through preventive care, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and other specialized OB/GYN services.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 day on-call per week and weekend on-call once per month

• Location: Outpatient and hospital settings in Mississippi

• Compensation: $400,000 - $500,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and hospital settings, including preventive care, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and gynecological services.

• Perform routine and high-risk deliveries, including cesarean sections and vaginal births.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, such as fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic pain.

• Conduct patient exams, screenings, and diagnostic tests.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications and therapies as needed.

• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding family planning, contraception, menopause, and other women’s health issues.

• Participate in on-call rotation, providing timely care during emergency situations.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Valid medical license to practice in Mississippi.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Previous experience in both outpatient and hospital OB/GYN care is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Fellowship training or experience in a subspecialty of OB/GYN (e.g., high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, etc.).

• Experience in managing both routine and complex OB/GYN cases.
