THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Accountant plays a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance while supporting key business operations. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.

• Reconciling key financial accounts and proactively resolving discrepancies.

• Processing payroll for employees, ensuring precision and adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Maintaining detailed payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, and reconciliations.

• Collaborating with project managers to effectively allocate costs to projects.

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting functions.

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
