Your Role
- Conduct live surgical training sessions for healthcare professionals and sales teams.
- Develop engaging educational content, including digital learning modules and training guides.
- Partner with R&D, engineering, and product teams to refine and enhance medical devices.
- Evaluate and improve training strategies for better patient outcomes.
- Handle cadaveric specimens for surgical demonstrations and skill labs.
What We’re Looking For
- Clinical expertise – PA or NP certification OR a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in biomedical sciences.
- Orthopedic experience – At least 5 years in musculoskeletal medicine, surgery, or a related field.
- Strong teaching abilities – Previous experience in medical education, training, or curriculum development.
- Hands-on skills – Comfortable with surgical demonstrations and lab-based learning.
