- Creating Fanuc robot programs from scratch
- Coming up from scratch with what the robot needs to do (a lot of machine tool load and unload)
- Solving the issues and providing the entire solution
- Acting as a technical expert
- Investigating and resolving HMI and PLC issues as needed
- Traveling 70% to 90% domestically
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Five or more years of Fanuc robot programming from scratch experience
- Five or more years of Fanuc robot technical support experience
- Possess ability to investigate and resolve HMI and PLC issues as needed
- Ability to work well independently on smaller projects
- Ability to work well as part of a team on larger projects
- Ability to travel domestically 70% to 90%
- Possess a valid driver's license
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
