Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
- Collaborate with the VP of Product to refine product vision and roadmaps.
- Represent customer voices in product development initiatives.
- Set clear priorities for development and engineering teams.
- Communicate project priorities and timelines to partners.
- Develop product business cases with measurable success metrics.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams for product development and implementation.
- Align with engineering and IT departments for resource allocation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive analysis.

Quality Assurance:
- Support quality management efforts to meet product specifications.
- Work with internal teams for adequate testing and addressing product issues.

Customer Success and Relationship Management:
- Ensure effective customer communication regarding product development.
- Develop strong relationships with development partners.
- Develop product stories for customer awareness.
- Foster internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Project Management is a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in product management.
- At least 5 years in a SaaS, technology-driven platform, or agile software development environment. Telephony / Cloud VoIP
- Automotive DMS industry experience is strongly preferred.

- Market and customer research for product strategy development.
- Data-driven innovation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Strategic thinking and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
