Sales Liaison

Develop new and grow existing relationships with key referral sources including: hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians, as well as community Assisted Living, and Rehab facilities.

Developing referrals for private pay home care

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated success in home health care sales. Prefer experience in private pay

Competent organizational skills

Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, as well as all members of the health care team

Competent in computer-based skills including internet, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software

Polished presentation

Experience calling on referral sources including hospital case managers and Assisted Living Centers and Rehab facilities 

RN or other clinical background a plus

Education:

Bachelors Degree 
BSN preferred not required
