This growing industrial controls and instrumentation manufacturer is hiring a full time, permanent Instrumentation and Controls Account Executive for Southwest Wisconsin.  The company utilizes technology to improve customers' manufacturing operations through the use of technology.  Employees enjoy the great corporate culture that is both employee-oriented and family-oriented.  The company is growing and has an energy.  If of interest, there are opportunities to grow into technical sales and/or other aspects of the company.  Employees are treated like they are partners in the company.  The company's retirement goal is sharing one-third of company profits with the employees. Both the Profit Sharing Plan and a 401K Plan with match are offered for retirement.  The average employee tenure is over eight years and would be over 15 years if they did not recently add new staff.    

The current sales team consists of three Account Executives who report directly to the company President.  Outside of the current three Account Executives, two are retiring and these openings are to fill the vacancies (One for Southeast Wisconsin and one for Southwest Wisconsin).  The company's main goal is to build relationships with customers and solve problems verses just hitting sales quotas.  The focus is on finding out how the customer can be helped, whether it is upgrading, implementing plant intelligence, or fixing an existing system that isn’t yielding the intended results.  Account Executives  enjoy having an impact verses just pushing product.   Some robotic solutions and the factory automation sold and put in place are on the cutting edge.  The commission structure is one of the biggest pluses as there is no cap to income potential.  The company also provides additional incentives over and above profit sharing.  There is an existing book of customers so it would be partially about reconnecting with those accounts and talking about solutions offered.  The goal is to form, build and cultivate relationships.  Even though the accounts are “warm”, the company would like them tuned up to continue the company growth.
