The National Sales Manager works with top management to define and implement sales, distribution, and marketing strategies to support long-term plans of the business. You will be responsible for meeting revenue objectives, maintaining profitability goals, and development of support staff.
Prepare annual and multi-year business development plans.
Refine sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
Manage and expand existing independent sales representative network.
Problem resolution and trouble-shooting.
Manage activities of inside sales engineers and outside sales team.
Coordinate efforts of engineering support and customer service team.
SKILL AND ABILITIES
Manage key customer relationships
Participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of competitive products and markets
Understanding of heat transfer principles
Strong organizational skills
Capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
10 years of experience in the Heat Transfer Industry.
Position will be based in Virginia.
