We are seeking a passionate Marketing Automation Associate that understands that marketing is art meets science. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in all aspects of marketing and will support the integrated media strategy with a strong concentration of at least 1 year of strong email marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc. This role will also help drive revenue through quality traffic while helping to compose email marketing campaigns, forecasting and determining ROI.
Research and devise all email marketing strategies, devising focused list building for both B2B and B2C clients while A/B testing and reporting results for all campaigns
Work with both domestic and international teams to best convey the company’s value proposition and vision while helping facilitate all platform integrations
Coordinate efforts with all departments and stakeholders on a daily basis to uncover potential revenue streams, maximize peak performance of email campaigns and mitigating any issues.
Work closely with the global CRM team to maintain data integrity as it overlaps various departments, both domestic and internationally, across the company
Maximize client acquisition though lead nurturing, retaining clients and reactivating ideal candidates who have gone idle to meet and exceed goals
Monitor all processes with the goal of increasing efficiency and productivity to maximize ROI
Daily tracking and reporting to catch any user acquisition problems in real-time
Devise detailed campaign by identifying ideal audience profiles, writing content that will help acquire demographics with comprehensive campaign deployment strategy
Forecast and maintain all campaign and program budget to optimize capital spend and increase overall ROI
Take responsibility to stay compliant with CAN-SPAM rules and regulation while maintaining integrity of the brand
Be proactive of all new marketing developments and innovations to best leverage our unique value proposition

- 1-3 years experience with an email marketing tool and/or system: Eloqua, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.
1-3 years experience with direct B2B and B2C marketing
Strong concentration of email automation and lead nurturing
Exceptional Excel skills for reporting
Analytical and creative while being skilled at executing simultaneous email campaigns to various audiences in a timely manner
Agile and quick to redesign a plan on a moment’s notice. You’re a problem solver, resilient, think two steps ahead and thrive on meeting any challenge
Strong written communication as it relates to email campaigns and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
Preferred exp: Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, marketing, or advertising)
Preferred exp: Working knowledge of HTML/email design including strategic vision of deliverability, segmentation, and frequency
